Intellectual Property

Service Modifications & Availability
We continuously improve our services and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. While we strive for high availability, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TanAinent Global UK Ltd's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination & Suspension
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may suspend services immediately for violation of these terms, illegal activities, or non-payment. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the courts of England and Wales. We comply with all UK data protection regulations including GDPR.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
